Australia Post has temporarily suspended some postal services to the United States and Puerto Rico.

Shipping
We are pleased to offer free domestic (Australia-wide) shipping across all of our products. If you require Express shipping, we charge $5.


For international customers, we charge a $20 flat rate for Standard shipping, and a $40 flat rate for Express shipping.
 
Our office and warehouse is based in Sydney, Australia. We ship our orders out from Marrickville via Australia Post. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out once it has been fully received. For shipping times, see below. The shipping estimate on your order confirmation is most accurate.

You can also contact us for any further complaints and we will do our best to work cooperatively to ensure you receive your order. All our orders come with tracking and you will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At ZALIV, we care about your experience and the quality of your jewellery. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll happily offer a refund or replacement. To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order

  • Email us at zalivhouse@gmail.com titled 'Faulty Request' with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos of the issue

The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline refunds for items damaged through misuse, wear and tear, or lack of proper care. In the case of a faulty or damaged item, we will cover shipping costs.

 

Returns, Change of Mind & Exchanges

Although we strongly encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase, we do offer refunds, change of mind exchanges or store credit. Please note that we do not offer any refunds on custom jewellery, sale items, or gift cards. To initiate a return, exchange, or store credit, please follow the above instructions listed for faulty or damaged items, and title the email according to your request.

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 14 business days of receiving your item

  • The item must be:

  1. Unworn and in original condition

  2. In original packaging

  3. Returned at your expense. A tracking number must be provided.

  • Based on your request, you'll either receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs), a store credit, or an exchange for another item of equal value.

Important Notes

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method. We do not refund original shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
